    For $90 (AUD) a week you will have ongoing programming, nutrition, and weekly online check ins. This will help us ensure that you are reaching your goal. An initial four week payment of $400 will get you a custom training and nutrition program tailor made to suit your lifestyle and goals. From there on weekly installments of $90, with adjustments (where needed) through out the time of your journey.
